Episode 84: Andy McDonald chats to Daniel Bove the New Orleans Pelicans Director of Performance and Sports Science. After receiving a B.S. in Kinesiology from Penn State University and an M.S. in Exercise Science from University of South Florida, Daniel began his career as an NBA physical preparation coach.  Daniel has also spent time with both the Atlanta Hawks and Phoenix Suns prior to his move to the Pelicans. Most recently Daniel wrote a book titled – The Quadrant System: Navigating Stress in Team Sport. In this text you Daniel explains the principles behind systematizing sport training and physical preparation. In this episode Andy and Daniel will uncover some key concepts from his book.
